All custom orders are subject to our contract terms and conditions. By submitting payment on your invoice, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Deposit and Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Full payment must be received by the due date stated on your invoice. Failure to remit full payment by the due date will result in cancellation of your order and forfeiture of deposit.
  2. Order Adjustments: All changes to size, style, or flavors must be finalized by the date of final payment. Any changes requested after this date are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  3. Pickup Policy: Clients must arrive within the agreed pickup window. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will incur a $15 fee. If a pickup is missed by more than one hour without prior communication, the order will be considered forfeited and may be resold or repurposed. No refunds will be issued. The deposit may be credited toward a future order at our discretion.
  4. Liability Post-Pickup: Once the order leaves our premises, we are not liable for any damage incurred. We recommend transporting cakes on a flat, level surface in a cool, climate-controlled vehicle.
  5. Delivery and Setup: Delivery and setup are available for an additional fee. Once delivery is complete and/or setup is finalized, we assume no further responsibility for the condition of the product.
  6. Storage and Environment: It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure products are stored on stable, level surfaces and kept at or below 75°F. Cakes may be refrigerated or frozen if kept in airtight containers or properly wrapped.
  7. Flowers and External Decorations: Client-provided florals will be arranged at no additional charge up to 25 stems. Additional arrangements will incur a fee. Fresh flowers may contain pesticides or be non-edible; we are not liable for any issues arising from the use of client-supplied florals or decorations.
  8. Allergy Disclaimer: Products may contain or come into contact with allergens including but not limited to: milk, wheat, soy, nuts, sesame, and eggs. We do not operate in a certified allergen-free kitchen. Clients must disclose any allergies upon ordering. Products labeled “non-wheat” are made with wheat alternatives but are not certified gluten-free.
  9. Photography and Promotion: Cakesplosionz Bakery reserves the right to photograph all orders and use images or videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
  10. Force Majeure: We are not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, governmental regulations, public health emergencies, transportation issues, utility outages, or accidents. In such events, we reserve the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule services without penalty or liability.
  11. All Sales Final: As our products are custom handmade and perishable, all sales are final.
  12. Returns/Refunds: If there has been an error on our end, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or partial refund upon return of the majority of the product purchased to confirm the error and liability. If the product cannot be returned, or if the majority has been consumed, we cannot refund or replace. As everyone has personal taste preferences, we cannot refund or replace due to personal taste preferences unless there was a verified baking issue.
