Cakesplosionz Bakery was born from a desire to bring joy and creativity to our town of Walla Walla.
We believe every celebration deserves a touch of whimsy and flair, and our mission is to make those special moments memorable, one cake (or cupcake!) at a time.
At Cakesplosionz, we believe in supporting our community as much as we do in celebrating it. We source local produce and ingredients whenever possible, fostering strong connections with other local businesses and participating in community events like seasonal farmer’s markets.
We are a licensed and insured LLC in WA state with Cottage Food License #1922.
Our retail store is coming soon to 9th Street, Walla Walla, WA 99362.
About the Owner
With a background in creative writing and art, Danielle Kaheaku brings creativity and precision to every cake topper and decoration at Cakesplosionz.
Inspired by the people and charm of Walla Walla, she loves crafting one-of-a-kind designs that reflect the uniqueness of each celebration.
Born and raised in Walla Walla, she left and then spent 20 years living throughout southern California and Hawaii, where she worked in higher education, publishing, and entertainment, including on movie sets, where she learned the art of sculpting and prop making.
Recently relocated back home with her two children, her goal is to take that on-set creativity and translate it to our baked goods.
